I do not know of schools but you can not compare the PA 34 with B200 or C90. The latter 2 are going to be a lot more expensive than the former.
Know the price quotes ?
I'd say stick to the PA 34. Plenty available everywhere.
@ flycougar,
DGCA will not honor just flying hours, you will have to get a License along with it.
Its safest to get your PPL from there and then get it converted.
But if you must, try visiting the DGCA at the open house meeting.
