Unlike BASSA/Unite, who can publish whatever garbage they want and call them statistics and figures, BA is somewhat hamstrug by having to publish figures which will stand up to independant public scrutiny.
One of those annoying little side effects of being a FTSE 100 PLC I suppose. Thus if BA crewing publish 79% attendance of rostered crew then 79% attendance it will be.
