Let's have a liitle look at what BA are up to.

Each strike period sees a 'ramping' up of service. LH is set to reach 80% of normal levels. JFK fully reinstated, LAX back to 3/day, MIA, back to 2/day, SFO likewise.....South Africa fully served for the World Cup.....and all during an alleged 'overwhelmingly supported' bout of IA. The papers have stopped reporting it, SKY have moved on, the 'Bad' publicity which appears to be BASSA's only weapon is wearing gossamer thin...furthermore...and crucially......not one whinging passenger on the 24hr rolling news.

BA are re-building a reputation for reliability, in the face of a ridiculous, de facto communist party led union, with a Politburo originating from the Livepudlian Docklands for goodness sake. Virtually, the entire population of the UK has been touched, for better (benefit claimants) or WORSE (the rest of us) by this recession and any sympathy for UNITE/BASSA is.......where? Bedfont? With the Strikers?... probably...but every other sane, thinking person has condemned this particular union alliance as pre-historic and self-serving. I take my hat off to DH for his sheer balls, but his child-like communications carry no substance...at all.

The strikers are being craftily isolated. Proof is that VCC are still being trained and rolled out a rate that should alarm the 'loader sh*ggers'. The CC that I have had the privilege to work with, as a team, during this IA, have been outstanding. Together, we have worked damned hard to thank the passengers for sticking with BA, in the hope that they return - they need to, they are the blood that nourishes this great Airline

If, and when, the militants are rostered back, mark this. You have a hell of a lot to live up to. The reputation of BA, during the strikes, remains strong, the Brand remains strong. Please think twice, on your return, before you spout your whinging vitriolic bile. You'll be surprised at how well we have coped without your input. The T&C's upon your return will make you shudder too. Look to BASSA for an explanation. Do not lay blame anywhere else.
