I guess I must have imagined all those customers that I have checked in or helped over the past few days and the ones I either boarded or welcomed into the lounges at T5. Certainly didn't seem like the planes were empty.
Yes, some flights are flying without customers, such as 767 flights, but full of freight and returning to LHR with customers....I should know, I deal with them daily.
