My concern about the operation is not (as you can understand from my previously comment) if Caverton will keep the money in Nigeria going to the management.
The fact is that 60% of the money will stay out of the hands of Caverton and go directly to an account in an International Dancopter runned company. Could Caymann Is
. So all (and I mean all) the pilots and techs will be payed on time, because they are hired by DC.
The reason Dancopter is to run the whole ops, is due to the fact that Shell was impressed by their service (flexibility, on time departures, and flight safety) in Den Helder. So my concern is if DC will be able to get the same "spirit" all the way to Nigeria, meaning that they need to convince pilots and techs in Denmark to go to Nigeria and be up front even if they are told by others: "thats the way it has allways been done in Nigeria".
