I hope this is true. I recently flew on CPT and BYO and both aircraft were in need of some TLC from a passengers / customer perspective. The interior of BYO in particular was very poor. While not affecting the aircraft itself, such old and worn interiors let the airline down.
As an aside, great news with Phase 2. Long may it continue.
