Emma, I hate to sound like a broken record, but do not believe what EY told you in terms of transferring to the dark side, sorry to the Boeing side
Most Captains on the 320 were "promised" transfer to the A330 within 6 months. two years after it s not even in sight. Not to say that what they were told at their interview was a lie but more that priorities for the company have changed since they got hired. And obviously, ethics are not weighing very heavy in the scale when it comes to have a fleet of airplanes running properly. (properly in their eyes at least)
If you are truly an adventurer, it doesnt matter what we write here, you will want to see it for yourself. but if you have a good position where you are, think hard.
