Are you saying that publishing the approach and landing profile on the Net of, say, yesterday's QFA123 (which any informed observer on the ground could approximate for themselves) would necessarily incur the wrath of the regulators and risk litigation, or is it specifically the source being FDR/QAR data that's the issue here ?
