All my colleagues above and in the past are once again correct in their statements. The schooling shortage is definately a problem and one that is increasing.
Your hours "Bronco" are well within the requirements, irrespective of who you compare yourself to. In addition the requirements are going to be reduced. As to what, I do not know. However that should make you think as to why? So dont worry about that too much.
