Yes, I believe that some or all of them must have done so. That is what a
proper inquiry, with
all the evidence that can be mustered in one place, will hopefully find out, resulting in the restoration of the reputation of the Chinook crew. And should the guilty parties at various levels of the MoD, RAF and elsewhere have to face censure or whatever for their disgraceful behaviour, hurrah!
