TFC, 'tis a bit of a problem. If you'd said "I'm getting married at Grid Ref XX12345678 at 1400L on 11 June", you might cause a spectacular mid-air at 1400 plus or minus a few seconds.
The only way you could achieve your aim would be through 'mate-of-a-mate' contacts - asking on an open Internet forum simply isn't the way. Unless you've got some personal contacts who might 'happen to be passing', I'm afraid you haven't got much of a chance.
