I am a high seniority FO on the 330/340 and I have tried everything to get out of this EMB course including high level emails all to no avail. I am forced on the next course. You do not have the right to refuse the course and must sign a 10000 BD bond. The upgrade policy is as per OMA. I have this in writing.
