Yes I applied 1 week ago online through the Qantas website and received the email today. They did mention that they have had a large quantity of applicants so that could be why.

Yeah I am trying other airlines, I originally only applied with Emirates but was unsuccessful after my Final Interview mostly likely due to being quite late for it
, long story behind that too!
It just seems a bit difficult at the moment. I'll most likely concentrate on studying a bit longer then reapply next year or after.
