i met some of their pilots and know one of their long range captains. they all seem very happy and given the fact that all their key people have left good paying jobs to join Perfect seems that the company is doing well.
apparently their DFO is a great guy who stands up for his troops and everybody is going the extra mile for him.
i have applied for an upcoming falcon job and hope to get a chance. but heard selection is quite rigorous. lets keep fingers crossed.
