Isn't a major part of the problem that people are not getting into a debate? If more cabin crew would read BF's emails and as well as BASSA's emails, then surely some of BASSA's pronouncements would be challenged.
We just happen to be the largest group and well they will never stop there, we are just a way forward. A win for Mr Walsh is a way to prove that no one is safe.
Have you read the Way Forward Agreement which Willie Walsh has tabled? I suspect not. This document sets out the cost-cutting which BA needs to grow the business without reducing your basic pay - and you'll get a guaranteed monthly travel payment which replaces much of your taxable allowances.
Why don't you read it and then come back and tell us what you don't like.
