Unanswered question.

I have posted this question on the appropriate medical/health forum. Unfortunately it went unanswered.
As I know there is much knowledge on this venue, I would hope someone could point me in the right direction. Here is the question:

Can anyone direct me to a website or to other resources that outline the parameters to be met in order to successfully pass the HK CAD Class 1 medical.
(I.e. Blood pressure, vision etc.)
