Well, I guess it's good news then.. I will be 24 this September', so 25 next.. I can't find it back now but when I started looking last year I remember finding something like that: 'you must to be younger than 25 on 1st of October assuming that you start in September'. In such situation I would be 9 days too old
Again, life is full of closed doors but you can always try getting through the windows...
