One would hope you went around at the minimums
but of course - already addressed that in #233 - I was trying to emphasise a point, that flying doesn't always work out the way it is taught at Aviation College ( Shock ! Horror !
) and one has always to be prepared to improvise and 'interpret' the rules to save the situation. SOP's can't be written to cover every eventuality.
