Hello HN39. Indeed, if true, this "Le Figaro" article is very disturbing. I understand that the The BEA seems not very pleased by the discovery made by the Navy & Thales being made public (prematurely), interfering with its own communication/search, giving high hopes to the relatives of the AF 447 victims. Now, after the completion of the 3rd phase, we have the Navy/MoD claiming in the news that the BEA spent very little time to explore their estimates, ignoring some of them, and the BEA suggesting that the Navy mixed up with the AF 447 signals and signals measured in the Mediterranea to optimize the Emeraude sonar settings.

PS) The BEA seems to consider that there is no wreckage to the south of the LKP:
