I believe that your best source of advice will be the national aero clubs in the countries that you plan to fly through.
There's a list of national aeroclubs
here, and a bit of searching should find their contact points, who are probably the national microlight delegates listed
here. They should each know the local rules for microlights, and be able to put you in touch with the right people to gain national permissions.
