LBA based regional jet....

Approx 600hrs a year. (1hr sectors) and 150 duty hours a month. 7-9 days off a month. 0-13 nightstops per month.

Snapshot of May....

55 block hrs, 155 duty hours, 11 nightstops, 8 days off.
