It's driving me up the wall at the moment. It won't remember any cookies whereas my passwords always used to work which needless to say I cannot remember and I've spent a few calls to them to help me out even trying to log on as a new user on Mrs.Sennadog's to no avail!
What I have seen of the site looks impressive although it does seem more time consuming to get the relevant information.
