after the strikes have finished ( if they get that far ) BA cannot and will not put up with more ballots.... it cannot negotiate with a union / branch that keeps saying NO to everything... So simply Denounce the union and impose the proposal thats on the table....
if you are unfortunate enough not to be on a fixed roster by the 12 june after the mandate to strike has finished ...then you are in effect still taking IA ....Any alarm bells ring yet??? If not ....They should be !!
for those who were foolishly led down the road of distruction by the unions ..... their reward will be to be offered New Fleet.... for the doubters out there.... simply wait 15 or so days and wait and see
