We heard that JET A1 and Mark Davies tried something similar in early 2009. Apparently he produced a forged document purportedly showing that a genuine aircraft seller had appointed him as sole agent. The terms of the deal were that all funds had to go through his escrow agent - a dodgy lawyer in Austria. Luckily the forged document was easily identified as such - mainly due to MD's poor spelling and grammar! I've seen the document and it is laughable that MD thought it would convince genuine buyers/brokers. I think it won't be long before this guy ends up in gaol.
