you are possibly correct, however we do have many crew who are very qualified with university education...but what we all do have is decency and decorum something that you are lacking .. and this my friend is why our customers come back ..not a smooth landing, ryanair and easyjet pilots do that everyday - take care with what you say 'what goes around comes around'
