They didnt rip me off cos it actually was only £115 hourly "all inclusive" and i paid the £20 annual membership fee!! Im not sure if there is a flying club cheaper than this in the UK.
£106 / hour in a C152 including instructor at Halton as a temp member - and you don't need to be military personnel. No landing fees either.

I completed my PPL there in January
