If Singapore are serious about this they will be moving to stitch up the Sydney terminal and will be conducting other enquiries including government.
No doubt with all terminal negotiations the power of the dollar will reign supreme. I hope for DJs sake they have capitalised to the maximum extent on the duopoly for if the move from SQ eventuates the gloves will be off again soon . One can only cringe at the ultimate expansion capabilities of Virgin if they cannot secure the terminal space.
Maybe QF can book a table with the minister again as the arrival of Singapore may mean its position would be "marginalised".
This one will probably be sorted out in the Oakroom in Canberra.
