There seems to be a lot of route changing and based aircraft changing going on around their network at present.
Wizz have a very long and well established history of pulling routes before they're launched if forward bookings aren't promising. That's probably what happened with Luton to Treviso. But yes, logisitical or practical issues such aircraft usage and crewing could of course also be a reason.
