First week after roster comes out...
J1 - in order
a) family of operating crew
b) commuting pilots
c) pilots on leave
J2 and down -
Any other crew
I do hold off for about five days after roster release so people on trips or leave have time to submit. By the 22nd or so, I give seats away on first come, first serve, top available.
