but, as MA have as much info as ATC, [the "evening rush", etc] why can they not be flexible as to R/w ins...after all, any repeat
ANY incident on the active, requires an inspection, so allowing x a/c to land, rather than burn [uneccessary?] fuel...just may be a good [Green] thing
