Sortie 3, you are correct. When hand flown if you apply TOGA then the aircraft just keeps going in the same direction. There is (almost) no pitch/power couple.

J-E is correct - when the levers are moved all the way forward then the flight directors go up (in SRS mode)
IF you have some flap out (worth remembering if you try to do a coupled go-around when clean).
