A380 - almost a pleasure to pax on
Had to do a quick positioning flight last Monday - BNE/SYD/LAX/ORD. The best part was on the A380 - quiet, and plenty of leg room. Great IFES with a multitude of movies to choose.
And yes, I was down the back of the bus - row 55.
In comparison, it was JQ BNE/SYD on a A320, and UA B767 LAX/ORD; only 1:20 and 4:45 respectively. Both cramped and a noise level higher than the A380.
I agree with EWL's assessment - the punters prefer the A380; so do I. Given a choice when I pax, I will take the A380 over the rest.
