You are correct there was a wet man that was bubbled while he was in main school. I think his name was Pete Mathews, but its been a long time since I was on 149 so that could be wrong.

I do remember he was from Cardiff and had previously been binned from IOT as he broke his leg/ankle, and when he rejoined the RAF as NCA conveniently forgot to mention the fact he had been 'in' as a trainee rodney before
