Another 2p worth re fuel.

I am a regional or 'short haul' pilot.

Our lot say you burn 4% per hour, of what you tank due to being heavier.

Therefore 1/2 a ton for an hour= 20kg. (about 10 mins APU fuel)

Talk about cheap insurance.
