I occasionally have to pop into work at Luton on days off. Since the staff car park is at the other end of the world, I take advantage of the free hour in the Mid-Term car park. The first 'charge' used to be something like £2.20 for up to 2 hours. When I visited last weekend, after the free hour, you now have to pay for a full day - £17.50. Could be a rather expensive 1 minute too long.
