At one time such an audacious move was considered reckless but now it is the Norm.
That doesn't mean the move was appreciated and welcomed by all. It does not mean anything other than saving money. I often read in these various forums that - many times, an extra pair of eyes, ears and hands would make a difference. More critically,
Would have made a difference.
