I was under the impression Emirates first officers make over $20,000/month.
..Err...Training Captains make less than that- CONSIDERABLY less!!!

Base for an FO is currently around 24 100 AED= 6 566 USD/ Mth.

With free Housing, health, provident fund and education allowance, I guess 8-10 000 might be a fair package estimate depending on individual circumstances.
