Whilst the company is having financial problems we were happy to take the hit. If you remember quite rightly a couple of years ago the company made an £850million profit - and we were on our current package! (Please don't ignore the fines, the Terminal 5 c*** up, etc etc etc - not our fault we made such a huge loss!)
Why should we not share in the success of our company - after all, the Flight crew deal involves a pay cut now but a share of the profit when the company returns to profitability.
Anyway - why do you have a problem with us being well paid?
