Will still be on the Unite payroll long after the Cabin Crew they are supposed to represent have been laid off.
The problem is that it is the BASSA council that have ultimate veto in this and, as a result, they will be the ones selling their co-workers and peers down the river.
The BASSA council (Unelected, like Gordon Brown as they voted to keep themselves in power by a 'show of hands' at the start of the dispute) have lost sight of the aims of the Cabin Crew and rejected deals based upon external requirements that were generated by their own actions.
Please, please kill off BASSA and get the majority of our hard working, professinal Cabin Crew correctly represented.
Irrespective of the vote, which shows how much the CC want and need an organised voice, BASSA are leading their peers to destruction instead of swallowing their collective pride and animosity and representing the majority.
