RE Poaching
I think poaching is a bit too much but I think it is good to add a competitive market in the industry, helps the rest of us get a better deal and better customer service.
Regards to the website, I'm not very sure about their "London Base" or the use of a EC135 & As355, but the rest looks pretty good.
Bournemouth looks like the perfect spot to set up!
