yes you are right, they have been all talk about an AOC being imminent for many many years and usually I would think the same as you but a reliable source has informed me that this time they are working towards it and soon we will know.
It is amazing how Bournemouth has lasted so long without a commercial operator rather than just a flight training company.
After all that time without one it may look like there will now be two at once but I am not holding my breath.
