I wrote that way back when in early 1999.
Since then things have evolved slightly. They use Cranebank now - with BBC NEWS 24 in reception rather than those terrible BA promotional videos thingies they used to have - and they have tinkered with the interviews mostly by combining the pilot and HR interview into one. They sometimes revert though.
The groups exercise no longer uses KNEX but something aloong similar lines although the old KNEX pieces are still kept in a box behind the reception desk I note.
I would welcome an updated walk through of the process if anyone has been recently. Else I'll just have to apply again and go under cover myself! Be interesting when they reject me given that I now fly a BA owned and operated Boeing to BA SOP's in a BA uniform! Bet they would reject me though...
