Thanks Spitoon, I have looked at the ECTL courses previously. Sadly the ones I am interested in are not UK based (Luxembourg I suppose) nor are they anyway imminent. Apparently funding has to be used sooner rather than later.
I get the feeling I'm being too specific in requirements and asking for something that doesn't exist! "101 ways to improve your communication skills for wannabe line managers" here I come
