this link, provided earlier, is as good as any. The earlier series of this site had no ash above FL200; here, there are now substantial volumes of ash from FL200 to FL350. Flew to the West Coast of Canada from the UK today and we routed LHR - Land's End then turned north about 40W for Western Canada. Now I can see why.
