1. coordinators work as fast as they can to accept medical tests and vaccinations, sometimes it gets one sometimes 2 or 3 days, note that Fridays and Saturdays are NOT working days, I have never received information on that days
2. vccinations are obligatory, you will have to make them anyway, but it is better to do it before coming to Dubai, not only for your health but also for money (in Dubai they are more expensive)
In my opinion at least majority of them should be done
3. I am not sure, but all the medicals should be probably done not earlier than 3 months
4. you are 10 days earlier before training begins
