Killua- I would like to answer your query but having unsuccessfully just tried running the program on my laptop I believe my technology is too advanced for it so gives you an idea of how old it is!!

is covered and overall it gives a good basic introduction into airspace/ATC within NATS. It may be worth your while contacting NATS CTC directly to see if they have possibly released a more upto date version of the CD.
