Yep, I still have that old NATS airspace CD titled 'The art and science of air traffic control'. I believe it dates from 1999 and as aerotech rightly points out it has the old NATS branding so is quite old now (but still has relevant info on it!) The format of the CD pertains towards being designed for schools & colleges.
However having just dug it out of my file and looked on the back cover it was produced by GTI Specialist Producers based in Oxon,
