If you think that bonding a 330 rated pilot to hire him...on a 330 fleet is right, then you have a problem...
No "damn shame" here, just a strategic query from a pilot with a job...

BTW, Etihad will not bond you if you're 330 current, but they're not hiring on the 330 for the time being (holding pool).
