I dont think that it extends to Middle East, the Radar Feeds are given by FAA for the US/Canada, and Eurocontrol for Europe, since 9/11 all data are delayed by at least 5 minutes.
I checked the flights in the Middle East Area they dont look very local, 3 Turkish A321!!!
