Ek and Dubai are two pieces of the same business and are owned by the same guy aka the "ruler" which interest is not for sure the well being or the happyness of the EK pilots ( that are more and moregetting close close the jockey kid situation...) but to find any possible way to milk as much money as possible out of it to repay is 80 billion dollar debt. Social responsability, freedom, human and worker rights are just words there.
